Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per apartment home. Pet deposit is $400 (1 pet) and $800 (2 pets). Monthly pet rent of $50 (1 pet) and $100 (2 pets). Domestic Animals, no feral cats, indoor cats only, no exotic animals. Breed restrictions apply. No aggressive breeds. Proof of vaccination required from a veterinarian. A recent photo of pet(s).
